The Creamery Loft at Annestown House

Sitting beside the ocean with spectacular sea views and set in the private grounds of Annestown House. The Creamery Loft is one of four apartments in the outbuilding that contained the grain and cattle for the original dairy farm. A very spacious two bedroom loft with all modern amenities. Outside the self contained apartment there are 10 acres of grounds for our guests to explore and enjoy with generous lawns, spectacular views and a 2 minute walk to Annestown Beach using our private path.

The build consists of 3 downstairs bedrooms - 1 super king size bed, 1 room with king size bed & the final room includes 2 double beds. Mt Sylvan Lodge is within a short walk to Tramore Golf Club, the boating Pier, Newtown Cove & a host of other amenities. 2 minute walk is the renowned Pier Cafe & thatched Ritz pub with beer garden & Shack pizza/burger food.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful, newly refurbished 5 bedroom house. Located just off Main Street in the heart of the town, just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the beach. A2 rated, this super-warm home is designed and finished to an extremely high standard. 1 night stays are occasionally possible on request. I usually only accept 3 night bookings on Bank Holiday weekends.

Private decking area. Air-conditioning for heat/cooling. Suitable for 2 adults sharing a double bed and an additional cost of €20 for an extra guest on a pull out single bed.
