Expérience the quality of life in the Loire Valley. Only 10 minutes north of the city of Tours this historic property nestles in the middle of a site of 15 ha. It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Programmes of these events can be easily provided on request, or by viewing (rajouter le site internet) websites Local market and shops are only 5 km away. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. On your arrival you will find a welcome package that includes items like sugar, coffee, tea, milk, as well as toilet paper, soap and cleaning products.

Je loue cette agréable maison au cœur de la Touraine. Vous pourrez vous y reposer et vous amuser. Spacieuse et adaptée pour une grande famille ou entre amis. Très agréable pour 12-17 pers. 6 chambres et 12 couchages : 5 lits doubles, 7 simples + 2 lits parapluie sans matelas (BB) + un mini parc BB. 4 sdb, 4 WC. Piscine : 8x5m chauffée du 01/06 au 15/09, vélo immergé, jacuzzi, TV, tapis de course, fléchettes, Flipper, baby foot, 2 jeux d’arcade de bar, Ping pong, palets, badminton… et le jardin.

Quand vous arrivez en haut du sentier (un peu escarpé), vous tombez aussitôt sous le charme des habitations atypiques nichées dans le coteau. Le gîte est entièrement rénové et allie le confort moderne avec l'authenticité de l'habitation dans la roche. Nous vous invitons aujourd'hui à partager ces lieux de vie insolites mais tellement attirants.

LA MOIRE, maison de campagne à louer

La Moire, vous accueille toute l'année dans une propriété exclusive que ce soit au bord de la piscine ou au coin du feu, au calme total. Elle est très bien située, à Bréhémont, village en bord de Loire , 9 km d'Azay-le-Rideau , Villandry et Langeais (7km) et des magnifiques chateaux de la Loire. La maison se compose de 4 ch pour 8 pers, WIFI, parking privé, piscine hors sol chauffée de Mai à Octobre selon météo et températures nocturnes. Non adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
