The Manor is a large traditional Cornish farmhouse, set in a 35 acre estate, parts of the Manor are thought to date back to the 15th century. The house retains many original features including slate floors, magnificent fireplaces, and low lintels (tall guests watch out). Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

It is situated on our working rural farm, in the heart of the beautiful Devon countryside. Nestled in Lew valley, it is a short drive from Dartmoor national park and within an hours drive from some stunning north Devon and Cornwall beaches. Come rain or shine, there is plenty to do, to keep all ages entertained.
