This listing is for the whole house, full Private usage of detached home, the owner is not on site during your stay. I also rent room only in between air bnb full house let’s hence some of my reviews noting this. Large lounge, big tv with sky/Netflix and wood burning stove, Dining room and gardens/bbq & drinks patio. Private drive with gated parking for 4 cars. Peaceful location only 10 minute walk to barnstaple town centre. It’s a lovely clean stylish fully equipped home with good views..
