Hi! I'm Swedish artist and this is my second home. A studio, with a small balcony, for 1-2 adults. It's in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, near shops, restaurants etc. 10-15 min. walk to train and beach. The house has elevator, strong WiFi and a shared roof terrace. Heads up: 1. Don't leave the key on the inside of the door - cost: 100 euro to hire a smith, and I need to charge you for that. 2. Check -in time is between 12-19pm. I'm happy if you respect that. Very welcome! La taxa turística , a partir del 1/04/26, passa a ser de 1,75 € per persona i nit, amb un maxim de 7 nits.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
