A one minute stroll to the boardwalk gets you on the beach or continue walking to the jetty, restaurants, cafes and shops. This compact and cosy 2 bedroom unit on the beach side of the road has everything you could need for a quick getaway or extended holiday to explore the many attractions the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! If you need to sleep 10 there is a king bed and small bathroom available extra charges apply. Allergy sufferers please note we are pet friendly

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

Our luxurious little Beach Loft really is in the most sought after spot in town, right on the Esplanade! Only 12 steps over the road is Cosy Corner beach & seconds away are wonderful restaurants, coffee shops & Torquay's main street. Our lovely loft is tucked away from the bustle, the perfect, quiet retreat for couples or singles to relax in.With a super comfy bed, sofa, TV, dining table & balcony to relax on, all is set for a romantic break or just a little getaway. Wander out the front gate and straight onto Surf Coast Walk, where magnificent coastal views can be enjoyed immediately. A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Quiet 1 bedroom apartment on 7th floor with a nice view of Geelong. 3 min walk to Eastern Beach, close to all waterfront and city restaurants and bars. Located opposite Deakin Waterfront University , directly opposite Costa Hall, short walk to Work Safe offices and NDIS. Train station 5 mins walk . This apartment would suit business guests for short stay or holiday makers wanting to visit Geelong and surrounds. Suitable for 1 or 2 Adults only. Is not suitable for infants or children.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
