Houndhead Barn is located in the heart of our delightful Devon village, Broadhempston, which is sandwiched between Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful South Devon coastline. The village is home to 2 pubs both offering great food and an award winning village shop with a wide range of local produce. The local town of Totnes is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants and has a national rail station. Broadhempston is near the A38 Devon Expressway putting Exeter and Plymouth within easy reach.

The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.
