First floor independent apartment with two sleeping rooms,(one with double bed and another one with 2 single beds), living room, bathroom and kitchen. In front of the apartment is a big green garden. Η μεζονέτα απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την ακτή της Τορώνης. Η ανακαίνιση ολοκληρώθηκε τον Ιούνιο του 2024 συνδυάζοντας την μοντέρνα αισθητική με παραδοσιακά στοιχεία. Η θάλασσα της Τορώνης έχει μπλε σημαία και είναι διάσημη για τα πεντακάθαρα και γαλαζοπράσινα νερά της. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων υπάρχει supermarket, εστιατόρια, beach bar. Το πάρκινγκ είναι ελεύθερο κοντά στο κατάλυμα και χωρίς ιδιαίτερη δυσκολία.
