The Hayes is a pretty thatched cottage in the heart of the beautiful village of Stoke Gabriel. It has 1 main double bedroom and 1 mezzanine style 2nd bedroom (adjoining) with 2 singles/1 double bed. The house and setting itself is quiet with a large garden, but a short walk leads you to the famous Mill pool and river Dart. There is an excellent village shop&post office, 2 friendly pubs, a restaurant, play park, orchard and beautiful riverside cafe. Great for walking/kayaking/boating/exploring!

Perfectly located for strolls along the estuary or further afield to explore the beautiful coast and country of the South Hams region.

A contemporary seaside house set over three floors. Bi fold balconies to first and second floors with sea views. Located on the seafront opposite Institute Beach. Two designated, secure parking spaces all lit in the evening. Flat easy walk along the seafront to all beaches and watersports, theatre, harbour and ferries, Abbey Sands, eateries, parks, golf, bowls, Riviera Centre and all of Torquay's major attractions and beaches. Easy walking to Preston, Paignton and Cockington Village.

Overlooking the millpool at Stoke Gabriel leading into the River Dart. Set in South Down woods, very peaceful but within walking distance of lovely village of Stoke Gabriel with shop, 2 pubs & cafe. Parking for 2 cars, 25 steps to property from car park. Close to Torbay beaches, River Dart, Totnes, the South Hams villages & Dartmoor, my place is good for couples & families. Kayaks can be hired in Stoke Gabriel e.g. to canoe down to Agatha Christie's Greenway or the pub at Tuckenhay.

Arguably the best position in Dittisham – one of Devon’s most picturesque villages – it sits at the end of the village quay, just a minute’s walk from the local pub, the famous Anchorstone café and the pontoon. Yet the unique situation of Pier House – surrounded by large, mature gardens, with an outdoor pool (heated seasonally) & private access in all directions – it always feels peaceful.

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.
