First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Located 2 blocks from the State Capitol Building and a 5 minute walk to Kansas Avenue, the main downtown street with many shopping and dining options, this apartment is roomy and comfortable. With one queen bed and a queen airbed available upon request, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in this unit. The unit has been fully renovated and is part of an 18 unit building which was built in 1904. Modern features and amenities have been added to the apartment, the building, and the grounds.

Roosevelt is the perfect place for weekend stay to visit friends/family or longer if you are on a work assignment or in transition. 2 Queen bedrooms, 2 baths, and flex space w/ a day bed/ trundle. Comfortable living room, large dining room table & well equipped kitchen. Amazing beds, Washer/ Dryer for your use, and a HUGE fenced yard with room to spread out and let kids play. Firepit and outdoor dining too! A park for kids to play with plenty of running around space just around the corner!

Centrally Located Cozy Villa

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

Eleanor's Farmhouse

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Quaint home in the heart of everything you need! This 2 bedroom home is recently remodeled but kept some of the charm of yesteryear in a quiet neighborhood that makes it easy to get to the Hummer Sports Park, Topeka Civic Theater, the Hospital District, the revived Downtown, Topeka Zoo, and Washburn University, yet only 1.5 miles to I-70 if you are traveling and just need a spot to rest your head. Your travel companion will feel right at home too with the fenced in backyard!

"Cowboy Curious" Heartland Ranch near Topeka, KS

Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. There are 3 bedrooms: a queen bed, a single bed and 1 bunkbed in 3 separate rooms. The lodging is an original cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" in a casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious", it is a comfortable peaceful country stay. We provide high speed internet so you won't miss any emails/messages or favorite streaming TV.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Pomona Lake Front Cabin

Adorable 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin with a fireplace, large deck with hot tub, pretty view, good water frontage, nice flat yard and private dock to park your boat with a ladder for swimming. The cabin backs to pretty woods which provide peace and quiet, privacy as well as abundant wildlife. The lake is just 100 yards down a nice trail through the woods. A 3 person kayak is available for your use, as well as a fire ring and lawn chairs.
