Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. **Wir bieten Frühstück gegen Aufpreis und auf Anfrage an** Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer sehr ruhigen und bergischen Landschaft in 550 Höhenmetern. Es ist 15 KM vom Strand entfernt. Das Ferienhaus hat einen großen und privaten Garten mit Pool (nicht beheizt). Es ist möglich, Touriorte wie zB. die Vulkaninseln oder den Etna zu erreichen. Auch Supermärkte, Eisdielen und Restaurants sind per PKW schnell zu erreichen. Zum Strand benötigt man mit einem Auto ungefähr 20 Minuten.
