Sea Side is a beautiful new project set on over an acre of land with great amenities right by the Pacific Ocean. The property is set in the heart of Las Tunas, adjacent to the Bocana Las Tunas which is home to a turtle hatchery, at the best location in town where you can marvel from the rooftop terrace at the whales breaching, wind your way down a sandy path through the dune-grass to stroll miles of pristine white sand beach, or take part in one of the daily sunset turtle-releases.

Located in a small orchard at the end of a winding dirt road, you will feel solitude and yet be only a seven minute walk from the beach and an eight minute ride from downtown. For those times you are not enjoying a meal in one of the many wonderful restaurants in town, cook for yourself in our fully equipped (shared) kitchen in the palapa by the pool.

Enjoy sunset from the hammock, stargaze around a fire, or enjoy the art galleries and amazing food of Todos Santos.
