Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Completely renovated, the house consists of an open-space with designer furniture, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in glass cabin shower, a terrace with an amazing view and a private pontoon.
