A half bath, washing machine and dryer is located just off the home's entryway. The living and dining area has an open flow that leads outside to a covered patio and the pool area.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Our internet speed is 100 mbps. About 3 flights of stairs to the front door. It is a two story building. We are the closest unit to the parking lot.
