Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

In the middle of the only fjord, called the Bay of Kotor, in the Adriatic sea, lies an authentic small village Donja Lastva, where the people have time for a talk, help each other and considering and respect the nature around them. The apartment is completely renovated with separate bathroom & bedroom. The apartment lies 20 meters from the sea. When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
