The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.

Mitten in der pittoresken Altstadt des Welterbes Kotor liegt dieses Juwel von einer Wohnung. 54 Stufen müssen erklommen werden aber dafür wird man mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick über die Dächer von Kotor, die umliegenden Berge und den Fjord mehr als belohnt. Ganz zu schweigen von dem eigenen kleinen Gärtchen mit Terrasse über den Dächern der Altstadt.
