Die Lage ist perfekt um die ganze Toskana zu besichtigen und die Gaeste koennen z.B Florenz(35 Min)Siena ,Pisa und Lucca (50 Min) und die Straende der Toskana mit dem Auto erreichen. Es ist von Olivenbaumen umgeben. Dieses Haus ist die perfekte Loesung fuer eine Familie mit Kindern oder fuer Freunden.

Pisa e l'aeroporto sono a 15' in auto e sulla strada si trova la basilica romanica di S. Piero a Grado. Livorno è a 15' in auto. Siena, Lucca, Firenze sono mete di un giorno. Secondo le necessità degli ospiti, si possono avere 3 letti matrimoniali. A questi è possibile aggiungere un posto letto in soggiorno (divano letto), un lettino da campeggio e un lettino montessoriano (per bambini da 1 a 3 anni).
