Little J Cottage

Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

Also an easy 30 min Drive to Beaver Stadium & PSU state College. We are located on a private lane, & altho there are other houses in close proximity, we are a quiet neighborhood! Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower

Lively Legz Flyfishing Cabin

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cabin is in the heart of some of the best fly fishing Pennsylvania has to offer. Minutes from the Little Juniata River and many more. It is just a short trip to Spring Creek in State College as well. Other attractions are Delgrosso Park, which is less than 8 miles. It also makes a wonderful retreat for Penn State home games.
