Stay overnight in a vardo, a unique and charming bohemian-style caravan inspired by 19th century English and Irish shepherd's huts. This cozy space sleeps 2 people and includes a cooking facilities, indoor and outdoor seating and free firewood. The bath house has includes a modern composting toilet, solar shower stall and hand/dish washing station. We are located close to wineries, state parks with gorges & waterfalls, lakes, the vibrant city of Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Blue Dragon Tiny House In the Forest

Please note there will be a TWO-night minimum Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends! At 120 square feet plus a front porch and deck, Blue Dragon is the "grandpa" of our three tiny houses. It is the best choice for groups or families. While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) "Sled Shack", secluded cabin in woods.

Private cabin on 115 acres. Has large pond to walk to. Several miles of trails. Cabin has kitchen and full bath. Bath is entered from outside. Electric is supplied by electric start generator. Queen bed with 2 cots and all linens. Wood stove for heat. Fire pit. Firewood is available for small fee. This cabin is very secluded, you can drive up a 1/2 mile driveway to the front door. Come and enjoy the peace and Quiet. {No motorized vehicles allowed on trails}

Timber Frame Tiny House

Enjoy tiny house living in a timber frame home. A private drive takes you to the secluded tiny house with farm pond and wooded and meadow trails just outside the door. The house includes a wraparound deck perfect for relaxing before heading into Ithaca. The house is located less than 20 minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College. Area hiking, waterfalls, wineries, restaurants and shopping are in easy traveling distance.
