Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Il centro abitato più vicino è Isola Rossa che dista una decina di minuti con l'auto. Sono consigliate le bellissime spiagge limitrofe della Marinedda e di Costa Paradiso

Charming ground floor apartment, suitable also for families, located in the first row of Calarossa village, just 250 meters from the sea, coverable on foot in about 5 minutes, across the beautiful Mediterranean scrub. The apartment is composed by private entrance, large living room with two beds and fully equipped open kitchen, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with dressing room, and an outdoor private terrace, wide and sunny, facing the sea.

This accommodation’s location is unique and offers a stunning view of the sea, the Li Cossi canyon and the surrounding nature. From the veranda you can see beautiful sunsets (for several months of the year it can be seen directly into the sea) and from the terrace you can admire the sunrise over the peaks of surrounding hills. The sea, where the path to the famous sandy beach of Li Cossi begins, is 1 km on foot or 2.2 km by car. The house is 900 meters from the center.
