Kula Milica is around 300 years old Dalmatian, family stone house renovated since 2015. and adapted for a pleasant stay. Stone and wood dominate the house for a nice and cosy ambient. It has fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV + Netflix, Wi-Fi, two large terraces each with dining tables, parking space, barbecue, swimming pool and an outdoor shower. this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
