Einheit # 2 ist ein ziemlich kleiner Raum (~150 sq/ft), der für ein oder zwei Personen geeignet ist, die einen komfortablen Schlafplatz suchen. Es ist 1 Block vom Strand und 3 Blocks vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen kleinen eingebauten Schreibtisch und einen Fernseher. Es gibt ein Waschbecken im Zimmer, einen Minikühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeekanne, die sich perfekt zum Aufbewahren von Snacks und zum Zubereiten von Morgenkaffee eignet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschkabine. Es befindet sich westlich des Highway 101 gegenüber von Dollar General.

Zimmer 2 befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk des Gebäudes und verfügt über originale Harthölzer im Hauptraum und beheizte Schieferböden im Badezimmer. Der Hauptraum ist klimatisiert mit einem Kingsize-Bett (mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche), einer Küchenzeile, einer Couch und einem Esszimmer. Fenster auf allen Seiten der Zimmer, einschließlich Blick auf den Fluss Nehalem und die Coast Range. Mehrere gemeinsam genutzte Außenbereiche, die du genießen kannst.
