We are steps from over 2,000 acres of open space in Tilden Regional Park, with Redwoods, miles of trails, an amazing botanic garden, a golf course, and more! Our recently renovated Eurostyle studio has high quality designer furnishings, eclectic art, and a private deck. Soak in the hot tub or have a drink on the deck and take in the stunning views of San Francisco and the Bay. Prepare dinner in a well-appointed kitchenette and dine inside in front of a best-in-class Dimplex electric fireplace/heater. Relax and enjoy company or watch TV in all-leather living room furniture. Luxuriate in our natural wood platform bed with a Casper memory foam mattress.

Just a few minutes from the Greek Theater, UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, Chez Panisse and award-winning restaurants, LBL, and plenty more, this spacious studio gets natural light over the course of the day. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

First floor of single family home. 5 minutes from UC Berkeley, famous gourmet ghetto with Chez Panisse and Cheeseboard down the hill, and open space in Tilden Park with dozens of trails to hike and explore. Public transportation to downtown Berkeley and BART to SF right outside the door. Full kitchen, separate bedroom and full bathroom with shower and tub. All the amenities of home.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

BridgesView Spa & Couples Retreat, Easy Parking

This luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Cottage in Heart of Albany, Steps from Solano Ave

Little Lemon Cottage is a 1 bd/1 ba 500 sq.ft. guest cottage located in Albany right next to Berkeley. Set in a cozy backyard near Solano Ave (dotted with small shops and cafes) it's an ideal location for those looking for a small town feeling close to the city. This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Please make sure to read through the description and ask us any questions prior to booking.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
