Το Ζιπάρι καθώς και το Τιγκάκι διαθέτουν οτιδήποτε θα χρειαστείτε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας όπως Super Market, φαρμακεία, ταβέρνες, μπαρ, καφετέριες. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι στα 500 μέτρα.
