The home is remodeled inside and out with a large pool, real HOT TUB up to 104 degrees, and a huge patio. The main level has the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with laundry and additional vanity (2 Queen beds), primary bedroom with bathroom (King bed). Downstairs has a 2nd full kitchen, 2nd living room, 1 king bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 queens.

Our beach house has spectacular ocean views! Is close to beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the quiet relaxing neighborhood, and comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You can walk or drive to Mar Chiquita beach. If you walk it will take you about 1-3 minutes. If you decide to drive it will take you 1 minute. Other beaches too in area.
