Studio in the middle of nature. Unit has its own fenced backyard with full privacy. Walk to the beach or take a hike with many trails in walking distance. Evergreen State College is a 10 minute walk. Five minutes from the freeway and 12 minutes to downtown Olympia. Far from the chaos yet very close to everything. The studio is separate from the main house, has its own entrance and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, rice cooker and toaster.

The king size bed is on the second floor, the bathroom is on the first floor with spiral staircase to go downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools and dishes, vaulted ceiling with skylight windows and a balcony overlooking the lake. Access to our personal dock for swimming and boating. Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

Enjoy a Puget Sound getaway while trying out tiny living. This tiny house is set on a one acre waterfront lot in a rural wooded setting. It has the amenities of home, just in smaller size. Access the beach via our private trail, paddle our kayaks, stargaze from the loft skylight, or hike the woodland trails at the state park close by. 15 mins to downtown Olympia, 8 mins to Lacey.
