'Carry on Camping' Shepherd Huts in Leicestershire

This is Kenneth, one of our 3 'Carry on Camping' Shepherds Huts. You'll find him in the heart of Leicestershire - nestled between market towns Melton Mowbray and Oakham. There is plenty to keep you occupied here, with loads of lovely places to eat and drink. The Huts are incredibly cosy with wood-burning stoves, a king-size bed, small kitchenette and plenty of comfy seating. Each Hut is dedicated to Carry-on-Camping stars Sid James, Kenneth Williams and Babs Windsor, with 60s/70s decor in mind.

Healey House The Annex

Set in the small village of Braunston, The Annex overlooks the rolling hills and beautiful Rutland countryside. Ideal for couples, this one bedroomed apartment has a full kitchen, cooking facilities, an open plan living area and downstairs toilet. On the first floor, a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower, and toilet, along with a set of french doors leading out to a small balcony. The apartment is self-contained with its own access and large south facing patio doors.

The ultimate small scale, self-contained, tiny romantic retreat. The Old Mill has been completely restored, exactly to its original design. The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
