The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Nous avons la chance de vivre une belle région et entre Genève, Annecy, Chamonix et Evian notre petite cité médiévale est le centre de la Haute-Savoie. A 20 mn de stations de ski comme la Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., sans oublier les lacs comme le Léman, Annecy, Montriond ... et bien sûre les randos en moyennes et hautes montagnes. Mon mari est passionné de cyclisme "Président d'honneur d'un club à la Roche" et moi je suis peintre, sculpteuse. nous serions heureux de partager nos passions.

Des activités toute l’année à proximité: hameau du père Noël, ski nordique à 15 min,ski de piste à 50 min,Médiévales d'Andilly, Vitam Parc, randonnées,Lac d'Annecy,randonnées.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
