Pets can be allowed inside portico only, but not inside house. Partying with music and dancing not allowed at any instance. EV charing point is available

I have for rent a fully furnished house of 750 sq.ft , good for couples/ families (with kids) and business travellers and well-located with grocery/ pharmacies in 200m radius, top-notch restaurants in 2-3km radius and railway station/airport within 5-8km radius. Though breakfast is not provided, microwave and induction stove are available in the apartment with coffee, tea and sugar satchets. Can suggest food delivery services if required. I live next door and am happy to help!
