Woah, the Colorado Room was an awesome place to stop for lunch and exceeded my expectations. They serve sliders on hawaiian-esque rolls and have tons of variations. I like this approach of small sandwiches because it means I can try more options. I got the buffalo chicken slider, cheesesteak slider, and banh mi slider. They were all so good!
