“Lovely walk along the canal” Good atmosphere, nice area to walk in the summer with many bars along the canal if you want to stop, rest your feet and have a drink.

Walk along beautiful Donaukanal - an arm of the Danube River. Beautiful and clean (most of the time), it stretches for miles in both directions and is just a two-minute walk from your holiday flat. Great for jogging, bike-riding, walking on either side, it has great restaurants and beer-gardens, fabulous trees and flowers. You can see ducks in the water and enjoy the fresh air and some great outdoors.

You should definately go here to enjoy a nice sunset at the riverside. There are many lying chairs or you can just sit next to the river. Buy drinks and food there or take your own with you :)

walk along the canal - great for a run or bike ride or a walk with your dog. in the evening there are bars and restaurants, especially in the summer

It´s a beautiful grounds that is a research-, teaching- and public education facility belonging to the University of Vienna. It´s free entry and absolutely wonderful to stroll around in.
