It might be the best breakfast in the village - both the whole fried snapper and the breakfast chicken with fry jacks are delicious. Not sure what it is about fresh tortillas fried up (thus fry jacks), but they are fresh, hot and amazing along with butter and fresh fruit jam, usually papaya. Yum!
