Η VILLA βρίσκεται στην Αλυκή Βοιωτίας και αποτελεί συχνά έναν από τους πιο αγαπητούς προσδιορισμούς των επισκεπτών μας. Επίσης , η απόσταση την οποία θα διανύσει ο επισκέπτης μας από το σπίτι έως την παραλία είναι 150 μέτρα σε 3 μόλις λεπτά. Για να μπορέσετε να απολαύσετε το φαγητό σας σε οποιαδήποτε ώρα υπάρχουν ωραίες και παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες , cafe bar- restaurant , σουβλατζίδικα και καφετέριες. Τέλος , εάν επιθυμείτε την αγορά διάφορων προιόντων , υπάρχουν και τα αντίστοιχα σουπερμάρκετ.

(120 sq.m. top floor,50sq.m middle floor and 70 sq.m. on ground floor apartment) Breathtaking views of Pelion, Trikeri. 3 independent garden areas (one by the beach and one on the rear with parking space for 2 cars). Sleeps 12 persons (7 on the top,2 on middle & 3 on the ground floor apartment). 3 bathrooms and 1 WC in the whole villa.

Η Villa Maria βρίσκεται στην Δροσιά Χαλκίδας σε οικόπεδο ενός στρέμματος γεμάτο απο τα πολύχρωμα λουλούδια, τις λεμονιές και τις μανταρινιές της Γιαγιάς Μαρίας. Η βόρια πλευρά εχει θέα το καταπράσινο Μεσσάπιο όρος ενω η νότια κοιτά τον βόρειο ευβοϊκό κόλπο. Η παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500 μέτρα, (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Το λιμανάκι ειναι 1 χιλιόμετρο μακριά, ενω το κέντρο της Χαλκίδας ειναι στα 7 χιλιόμετρα, (περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο). Απο την Αθήνα απέχει 75 χιλιόμετρα (40 με 50 λεπτά)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, only 1 hour away from Athens. 4 acres of land, with beautiful olive, fig, orange and lemon trees. Unique beach front access offers hours of fun for kids and adults alike. In summer, enjoy the fresh produce from our garden. At the moment we are growing, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, green peppers and aubergines. We look forward to welcoming you!
