This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Just minutes from interstate 10, come relax and bring your pets along with you, there is a fenced in yard for them to run and play. There is a covered parking area (one vehicle) that is right over the side entry, this also provides dry checkin/checkout. There is a lot of privacy in the back yard, and it’s nice to sit out back and listen to the birds and squirrels. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from downtown mobile and 40 minutes from Dauphin Island Beach and the Casinos.

The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. Glamping on the Farm (Heartland)

Our 27’ foot Heartland Sundance camper is set up for guests on a small lot at the front of our farm property. Guests will have a great view of our pastures with our small herd of cows and horses. This area is set up for a glamping experience. This includes a fire pit, chairs and outdoor grill. The camper has 1 master bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds, the table and couch convert to beds as well. This camper is 1 of 2 campers now available on our farm.
