1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Enjoy the comforts of a clean, newly renovated in law suite (attached to our home), only 3 miles ‘til your toes are in the sand! We are only 1.5 miles from historic Canal Street & Riverside Park, and 2 miles to Flagler Ave. The city golf course is 1/2 mile away. No pets. No emotional support animals. If you have a legitimate service animal please let me know when you make your request to book, NOT when you arrive.

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a cute little beachy home by the sea . Our home is in a little inter-coastal community on the Indian River. There are many parks just up the road. We are 5 miles from historic New Smyrna Beach (Canal District) and less than 7 miles from the beach entrance. To make beach going easier, umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand-toys are here for your enjoyment.

Port Orange Stop For Sun and Fun!

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom; a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom; a white queen-size and blue twin-size sofa beds in the large living room. Towels, bed linens, kitchen towels/cloths, and a fully equipped kitchen are there for your convenience. Use the socket covers found in the kitchen storage closet to protect smaller children.
