This place was designed and built around our experience in Norway. Enjoy a beautiful location - 100 m from the beach, a 15 minute walk to the CBD and close to the coastal trail. Cosy up to the fire inside, or entertain outside. Main bedroom includes a king bed, ocean views, a double shower in the ensuite and a freestanding bath in the bathroom. A king bed is place in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the 3rd. Secluded and peaceful location with all the design and suave of designer living.

Please note that the cabin is not air conditioned and has a fan if needed. We rely on out proximity to the ocean for cooling. Eco House on Sinclair

This eco sustainable house is situated in a quiet residential area, with a park directly opposite. Close to the town centre and a short drive to beaches and national parks. The house is north facing with large windows looking out onto a private garden. The separate pavilion which houses the kitchen and dining area can be opened up to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor space. The driveway is a shared space with Sinclair cottage which is situated at the rear of the property. Pet Friendly.

Our fully fenced 1.3 acre garden/yard makes a wonderful place for children and pets to play on the lawn and Swings. It features outdoor living with a large deck and BBQ and seating under the trees too. The rural outlook features Winter Hill lookout and a glimpse of the sea down through Happy Valley.
