Der kilometerlange, feine Sandstrand (Golden Beach) ist fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und tolle Tavernen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Gerne teilen wir unsere Geheimtipps. Der Pool des Nachbarhotels kann jederzeit genutzt werden. 2022 wurde das Haus komplett renoviert.

Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
