Thames is well situated for travelers exploring the scenic Coromandel Peninsula, the Kauaeranga Valley and other attractions within the area. Easy access to walking tracks and the Hauraki Rail Trail. Beaches are within an easy drive.

Little Brookfield. Lovely accommodation in a tranquil private setting on the Pepe River, close to the Pepe bridge/walkway. Healthy, quality HRV home with filtered water system and double glazing. A private wing with it's own entrance. Has a queen AND a twin bedroom,(porta-cot available), both opening onto the covered deck with a river view outdoor furniture and bbq, a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry/ kitchenette. Fantail Studio

Our light and cosy studio is situated under our house with its own entrance and is equipped with all you might need for a comfortable stay including continental breakfast. You can sit outside undercover and enjoy an al fresco breakfast. There is a pool table and darts for you to waste time on. All good fun. We love friendly Thames with its unique shops and cafes and hope that you will enjoy it too. Thames is ideally situated for exploring the Coromandel and the northern Waikato.

A slice of paradise in Whiritoa

Magical Whiritoa is a beautiful white sandy beach 1.5 km long. A 2 bedroom unit which is below our main house, is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac right across from the beach, within 10 seconds from leaving your door you will be dipping your toes in the sand. Whiritoa is 15mins from Waihi and 10mins from Whangamata. Off street parking in front of the unit including space for a boat. A stunning place for you and your family to relax and enjoy as we do.

Geoff's Pad in Thames

Our AirBnB is a separate, self-contained wing of our beautiful new home in Totara, 3kms south of Thames Township and gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.

Spacious Beach Unit Sea-views Couples &/or Guests

Cute, comfy warm 2-beddie self contained downstairs flat. Sea views, flat lawn, retro 70's Kiwiana space. Hosts have paid attention with larger comfy beds and quality furnishings. Short walk to child friendly safe Brophy’s beach. Quiet, private, warm, safe, secure, on-site hosts for questions. A great base to see all Coromandel. Kayaks, undercover BBQ to use. A fun place to stay, definitely not perfect in every sense.

Twin Palms self contained accommodation

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
