The living space provides ample space for two people with double bed, sofa bed, tv, wifi, kitchenette (no cooker) and bathroom purpose built for a relaxing time away. There is excellent access to local amenities, country side walks, cycling and attractions. Cheltenham Cirencester and Stroud are only a short drive away.

Relax in the King size Bed and enjoy the peaceful setting on offer, it has a fully equipped Kitchen, combi oven, with table and chairs, the sofa bed can accommodate one extra person. Private entrance and parking on site don't forget to bring your rackets as free use of the Tennis Court is available. Highspeed internet is included and enjoy an alfresco drink outside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Lakeside Lodge- 'Lapwing'

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!
