The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.
