Hot tub on the back deck, 2 sit on top kayaks to explore the river, 1/2mile walk to Calhoun’s on the river. Walking distance to Neyland Stadium, Thomson-Bowling Arena, Ruth Chris restaurants, Civic Coliseum, Knoxville Adventures. Pontoon rentals available at the marina. Riverboat and Princess Dinner Cruise on-site as well. Pet friendly. Close to Market Square, and the Old city.
