The Annexe is self contained, with a private entrance and ample parking. Suitable for a single person, it is situated in a quiet and peaceful location. Although rural, it is close to the A120 with good road links to Clacton on Sea, Harwich, Colchester and Manningtree. Accommodation comprises of kitchenette, separate sitting/bedroom and shower room. Good Wi-Fi. EV charger by separate negotiation. There is no outside seating area. There is a locked interconnecting door to our property.
