This self-contained tiny annexe with private entrance is attached to a 550 year-old former Mill in the rural hamlet of Ponsworthy, 3 miles from the famous Widecombe. Kitchenette, very small shower room, extremely steep staircase ascending to cosy bedroom with seating area + Sky TV. Outdoor seating area surrounded by trees and the sound of the river. Relax in this calm, stylish space. Double room, twin room and shower room in private area of property. Own access and off street parking. Comfortable beds and modern shower room. 20 minute walk to the seafront, train station and town, or 5 mins drive. 15 mins drive to Shaldon village or 40 mins walk. The town beach is sandy with sunrises and the estuary back beach has distant views of Dartmoor and amazing sunsets. The town has a variety of pubs and eateries with live music at the weekend.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Located just off the M5, 15 mins from Exeter city centre and 5 minutes drive from the estuary town of Topsham and Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs. Darts Farm award winning farm shop & café and the estuary cycle path are just a few minutes walk away as is the George & Dragon pub.

Pippins is a 6 minute walk into town, situated in a peaceful 'no-through' road. The property has its own private entrance, terrace with sea views and parking. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children

Guest suite 2 rooms, with own entrance and ensuite

Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.

Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
