With its warm decor and modern amenities located on 10 acres with access to our private pond enjoy nature and local wildlife, the pavillion, and fire pits. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see me and my family and friends from time to time and sometimes we host parties. You can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

Located right in the heart of Downtown Tecumseh with a street view, our French studio apartment is charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Pets welcome!

Located a few miles from downtown Tecumseh, MI, the house is located on 10 acres of land, including a wooded area with walking trails. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

Rental license # STR26-0389 We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place are in walking distance.
