“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Koala Capital

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

This family home is a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the beaches and shops. Lie in bed and look out at the trees, listen to the birds and hear the koalas at night. This pet friendly home is close to the river and backs onto a lovely forest with walking trail. It has an in ground swimming pool and a deck overlooking the forest. Off street parking. Weekends - check in Fri 2pm and check out Sun 4pm where possible. Weekly bookings preferred in summer holidays.
