I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Studio Nico is located city side midway between the CBD and Newtown. Within walking distance. Hospital (10 mins), Massey University (3 mins), Basin Reserve (3 mins) and Te Papa (14 mins). Cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Suitable for Hospital and Massey University visitors. We provide homemade muesli, cornflakes, milk, yoghurt and NZ seasonal fruits. For long term (1 week or more) guests an initial breakfast pack will be supplied.
