Herzlich willkommen zu unserem schoenen Studio in Bellevue,Tauranga ,Neuseeland. Wir sind Mitglied bei AirBnB seit 2015 als selbst Reisende und haben erst jetzt unser Haus (Sep.2017) gelisted.Deswegen gab es erst eine Beurteilung. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse nur 10 Min. von Tauranga City entfernt und 15 Min. vom Mount Maunganui und seinen spektakulaeren Straenden. Ein Fahrad und Spazierweg faengt direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite an.Wir sprechen Deutsch,Englisch,Ital.und Esp.

Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Entire Guest Suite

Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Tauranga, Maungatapu Studio, modern & stand-alone

Modern self contained studio (stand alone) with one Queen bed. Kitchen facilities with Convection/Microwave Oven and Electric fry pan. Small fridge. Bathroom with toilet, shower, including hair dryer. TV, Netflix, wifi available. The studio has bi fold doors to outside area. Heat pump to provide cool air or heat. The studio is accessible through a pin pad/locked gate at main property entrance. Parking is available on property. Convenient location to all of Tga/Mount attractions.

Cosy cottage style unit

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place - separate lounge, dining, bedroom and bathroom. Big screen TV with Netflix in cosy lounge. Outside covered seating to enjoy eating or watching the starry sky at night. Park-like grounds and birdsong during the day. Our location in semi-rural Welcome Bay puts you in easy reach of the surrounding Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/Papamoa/Te-Puke areas ( about 15-20 mins drive). Only 1 hours drive to Rotorua. 50 minutes to Hobbiton.

Suitable singles, couples and business. Hosts are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and require guests to be similarity vaccinated as a condition of any booking. Enjoy the best Papamoa has to offer in our comfortable private guest wing in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from the beach. The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

Papamoa Beach - Holiday Cabin

Welcome to our cosy holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. Similar to a campground cabin, furnished with simple basics with an ensuite and tiny kitchenette, own entrance and patio space. A great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Weekly and monthly discounts offered. Off street Parking.

Beachside Retreat Guest Studio at The Mount

Studio room (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen and separate entry. Two night minimum. Microwave and single induction element for cooking. We live in the rest of the house. Please check the photos to ensure that this suits. A 2 min walk to the surf beach and Tay St cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15 min walk to Downtown Mt shopping. Stroll the beach, climb the Mt, enjoy Pilot Bay.
