The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

Relax in the outdoor spa or be entertained with a selection of games, puzzles, Smart TV and dart board. Kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are available, you will need to transport them to the lake. Our warm and sunny Lake view studio is in a garden setting located adjacent to our Lake front residence. Off street parking, direct access to the Lake. Welcome to Te Kāinga Rangimārie – a cosy, peaceful retreat on a 2ha lifestyle property with beautiful lake views. Enjoy nature, animals and a relaxed rural setting, while being close to Rotorua and Taupō attractions, including Wai-o-tapu and our local natural hot pools. The unit sleeps up to 4 and has two connected rooms, a bathroom and kitchenette. The main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. Three friendly dogs are part of the household. Newly renovated in August 2026.

Lake front Bach in Acacia Bay

Relax and unwind with amazing views from a large deck, lake front in Acacia Bay. This 1970's bach has a lot to offer the family with Tui's in the native bush, relaxing deck chairs, a trampoline, Stand up Paddleboard and kayaks. The bach has 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks). There is a bedroom with a queen bed downstairs. In the lounge downstairs is another set of bunks. There are local shops and a local cafe, or travel 5km to Taupo.
