My place is a 1960s motel which has great river views right on your doorstep; its close to the beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location- right on the water, the friendly service and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends in some of our pet rooms- not all room types(pets). Hettie Crisp’s Beautiful Heritage Retreat Glebe

Named in honour of Hettie Crisp, Basil’s elder daughter and Julian’s grandmother, who in the 1960s left city life to run a dairy farm south of Kingston. During the devastating 1967 Tasmanian bushfires, she courageously stood with a hosepipe, drenching the house, gardens, and cattle sheds as flames roared around her. Her bravery and grace inspire this elegant heritage room, a serene Glebe retreat filled with warmth, history, and timeless charm.

A quiet getaway in Tullah RM 3

A quiet little town nestled at the edge of the Tarkine and only 35 minutes from Cradle Mountain. A 2 bedroom unit with large loungeroom. Queen size bed in each room and couch folds down for extra guests in lounge. Kettle, bar fridge and toaster in room, but no cooking facilities. This room is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. To get to the room, the guests must climb up some steps that are quite steep.
