The Gardener's Greenhouse - Self contained BnB

The Gardener’s Greenhouse is a peaceful studio on 2 hectares of land overlooking a garden, wetlands and cycle trail beyond. It is on a lifestyle block in a semi-rural subdivision, half way between Motueka and Mapua, with Kaiteriteri, Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, not much further away. You will need a car to get around. Start your Great Taste Trail here with home baking, a continental breakfast tray for your first morning, free range eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our garden.

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

With the property backing onto Kahurangi National Park, the house is surrounded by lawns and native bush including a small family of Peacocks. Next to a river and farmland, just a few minutes outside of the village of Karamea with its cafes and pubs. Local food, nature connection walks available as extras to complete your stay.
